These terms govern use of turkishhairexperts.com and requests for assessment, consultation and hair-restoration services from Turkish Hair Experts in Nairobi and Kampala.

1. Information, not a diagnosis

Website content, Ask Expert responses and preliminary photo assessments provide general guidance only. They do not replace an in-person medical examination, diagnosis or emergency care. Treatment suitability, technique, graft estimates, price and expected outcome are confirmed only after individual specialist review.

2. Consultations and bookings

An online booking is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Our coordinator confirms availability by email, telephone or WhatsApp. Please provide accurate contact and health information and report relevant changes promptly.

3. Results and clinical decisions

Photographs and patient stories show individual experiences and do not guarantee another person’s outcome. Results vary with diagnosis, donor capacity, hair characteristics, aftercare and healing. Turkish Hair Experts may decline or postpone a procedure where clinically appropriate.

4. Website use

You must not submit another person’s information or photographs without lawful authority, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access or upload harmful material. Online assessments are for people aged 18 or above.

5. Intellectual property

Website text, design, branding and clinic-owned media remain protected. Patient images may not be copied, republished, altered or used to identify a person.

6. Third-party services

The site may link to WhatsApp, Google Maps, social networks and other providers. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.

7. Liability

Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Turkish Hair Experts is not responsible for decisions made solely from general website information, third-party interruptions or events outside reasonable control.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms prospectively. The version displayed when you submit information applies to that submission. Kenyan law applies, subject to mandatory rights where you live.
